Bought Genus One 2021 , previous boiler 17 years never failed a day. Was advised to purchase Ariston. 7 breakdowns, Various parts failing, weeks without heating or hot water, wifi cube no under warranty, Most call outs are 2/3 days and subject to parts. Complained numerous times. Can not fault the sub contractor company that has come out on numerous occasions always fix the issue and are very professional. Personally would not touch an Ariston product again, Poor customer service , unreliable boiler and when you have a new born in the house its very frustrating to wait fromFriday untilWednesday with no heating or hot water. Made the mistake of moving loyalties from Worcester Boiler to Ariston for Wifi functionality that does not work
