the reason gave only two stars is the time it took for the engineer to arrive. My boiler went faulty on monday evening so i phoned customer services but they had finished for the day, soon Tuesday morning i phoned again and was told a service provider will phone me.i got the call on wednesday afternoon and was told there was no engineers in my area (north manchester), and the soonest they can get someone over from north wales was monday 11 am.the engineer came over and we had hot water within a half hour with was great so my beef isn't with the engineer who was very good, its with ariston for the amount of time it took to resolve a small fault.maybe they should have more engineers.
