Instead of addressing the issue, they repeatedly gaslit me and placed blame on my artwork & the printing method (digital)—despite the fact that the previous order, using the exact same artwork and dimensions, was produced without issue. Refused to process a refund or issue a remake, but willing to provide a discount code. I'm not sure what would give me the faith to issue another order when you've provided such low quality products and service.
