Pack not received. The tracking system says that it has been delivered. When I noticed that it is declared as delivered I wrote an e-mail and they answered that the cannot respond on claim after 7 days from delivery (or supposed delivery). I do not check the tracking system every day and Actually it was delivered (or declared as delivered) 10 days in advance on the expected date. So, product paid and not received.
