I was told it could help with my asthma, so I ‘tested’ it out a few times when I was feeling tight chested. Rather than reach for my Ventolin inhaler, I put a few drops under my tongue.. The minty sensation is quite strong which made my mind focus on that area instead of the tightness of my chest/asthma. Because my attention was placed elsewhere, my chest opened up and I could breathe better. It was definitely helpful and a more organic alternative that I recommend!
