Love the service provided by Arlettie, as a loyal VIP customer over the past 6 years. I would love for Arlettie to revert to the one full day dedicated to just VIPs as someOf us are at work during the hours Arlettie has, and only able to go in the evenings, would still love to be able to get the great access of items still available even if it’s later on in the day, paying for VIP is to be able to get these products early no matter the time of day on VIP early access. Also if Arlettie could let us know a month in advance when there are VIP exclusive sales, to enable us to plan properly. The past few years especially last year and this..there’s been a bit of change towards what the VIPs get access to and sometimes it’s just a two hour slot at midday, this is something that needs revision because of the vast difference between £290 and £80 should not be just two hours. Yesterday’s MaxMara sale was a perfect example, getting there for the end of day slot as a VIP, very little choice left when the morning people had lots to access. So as someone who is loyal to Arlettie and will remain loyal please do take this feedback on board and will expect to hear from you of implementation changes and improvements.
