My parcel arrived with half the items missing and no explanation. I immediately emailed and received a fairly quick response, apologising and assuring me that the missing items would be sent quickly and they gave me a discount on my next order. That was 6 days ago and I have heard nothing since. I have emailed again yesterday to ask for an update. I am waiting for a response. Update- all items now received
