I have known Josh Marsden for a while now. I have Invested $50K in the ECOM roll up. I have seen most of the principal back to me and my credit card payments have been paid as well. I know that some of the brands they had bought didn't pan out well but he has always been in communication and been transparent and they have learned through the process.The recent purchase of Infraredi is a testament to their constant tenacity and perseverance. I'm optimistic about IPO and that will not only get investors initial principal back but also a solid return. I believe that all investment carries in herent risk. I believe in Josh's leadership in taking Arm5 public which will make investors storng returns.
