I invested with Arm5 Formula in 2023, based on a written contract that promised a monthly return of 2% and repayment of principal under defined terms.As of the date of this review, I have received no monthly payments and no return of principal, despite the contract being in force for more than a year and several months.I have communicated directly with Josh Marsden, including an in-person meeting in Arizona, where I was assured that efforts were being made to stabilize the business. While I appreciate communication, performance has not matched the contractual commitments.I am also concerned that new investors are reportedly being sought while existing investors remain unpaid. I mention this only as it was stated directly to me during our meeting.This review reflects my personal experience and opinion. I am sharing it so others can conduct thorough due diligence and make informed decisions.If the company fulfills its contractual obligations, I would gladly update this review.
