Friendly service and found a decent price for me for a tricky policy. However the admin was stupidly difficult - they will not send invoices or direct debit forms by email everything has to be paid and set up on the phone - something banks specifically tell you not to do. I even got worried it he whole thing might be a scam - seems ok in practice but it was stupidly inconsistent I had to make multiple calls and give into their dodgy way of doing things. Not ideal. Let’s hope I really am insured
