I needed a solution that offered multi-currency support. They claim on their website that they provide this with a pro subscription, and this was confirmed by their chat support agent, so I paid for a pro subscription.After learning that this is not true - they support a single currency only, selectable from a list - I made multiple attempts to contact them. I was directed to login to the support portal to create a ticket, and was later given conflicting stories. First, that I need to create a separate account after logging in. Second, that my account credentials are not recognized. They just wanted to argue with me instead of trying to help me. Every contact attempt was delayed by multiple days.I have now made multiple attempts to request a refund, all of which have been ignored. I am attempting to recover my payment through a formal charge dispute with my credit card company. I don't treat my customers this way and don't tolerate others who do.Update May 14 - "sorry for the inconvenience"? Yikes. That's a really terrible response.
