We received a quote from the company months ago and paid a fee to be prioritized. We were encouraged to do this, as they claimed it was unlikely they wouldn’t accommodate our preferred moving date. However, when we tried to confirm a date, we were informed that only one vehicle is available that day and that many others are also on the priority list, putting our date at risk. This contradicts what we were initially told and makes the fee feel misleading. When I contacted their office for clarification, the sales manager was rude and aggressive, interrupting me and dismissing my concerns. His tone was shocking and unacceptable for customer service. As I am pregnant and trying to avoid stress, I ended the call. My husband called back and faced the same rudeness. While I can’t comment on the actual moving service, I strongly advise against this company based on our interactions.
