I reached out to the company shortly after receiving my first delivery, but despite multiple requests, I haven't received the refund I asked for. I appreciate the concept and delivery, and the customer engagement is excellent. However, I ended up returning all four items from my first case. Here's my feedback: 1) The black blazer has an awkward seam at the shoulders. 2) The red jumpsuit is too short and not flattering. 3) The pink dress feels outdated and poorly designed. 4) The black/white dress doesn’t suit my body type. I'm doubtful that a second attempt will yield better quality, and I respectfully request a refund since I returned everything unworn within 24 hours.
