You'll definitely feel change in yourself after attending the course they offer.I was really impressed with not only the structure and quality of the classes we received, but also with the quality of the food, that was healthy and cooked with love. I also really appreciated the location of the school which was quieter and really peaceful.Really good experience learning from an expert yoga teacher. Theory sessions of philosophy, anatomy and therapy were very engaging and mentally stimulating. Professional and helpful staff made the stay comfortable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a school in Rishikesh.
