Great yoga school overall!!

I completed my TTC on the 28 December 2019. This review will be honest and will highlight all positive points and constructive feedback points. The facilities are nice, in town and close to many stores and nature. However during 2020 they will be shifting to a different location, much bigger building with common areas and close by the river Ganga. We had the opportunity to visit the building in the construction process and I must say that location is stunning. So check before you go if it’s the new or the old location. Food is outstanding as both chefs do their outmost to prepare delicious and nutritious meals on a daily basis. Definitely remarkable. Teacher body per subject:Asana/ Alignment/ Teacher methodology - Azad and he is quite outstanding. You grow to admire him and there is so much knowledge within him that he shares with grace and pleasure. His classes are challenging however extremely beneficial. Philosophy - Ninteen. Amazing teacher and extremely knowledgeable. His classes are engaging and full of content. Truly blessed to have learned from him. Anatomy- Praful unfortunately he was a big disappointment as he did not seem to enjoy teaching yoga anatomy at all. Most days he would come late and would talk about his subject for 10 minutes only. The remaining 50 minutes were his perception of the world, philosophy, criticism towards western culture and behaviors and overall not much anatomy. Anatomy - Dr.E-Amaravathi. Spectacular! Do check who it is that you are having as we were blessed to have our two last days of training with Doctor E.Amaravathi and she is truly spectacular. Should you have her for the whole month you could not ask for a better teacher. Studio manager - Arun is an extremely patient and helpful being. He will do his outmost to create a blissful atmosphere and help you in any way posible should you need his assistance. The school should be proud of having him within their staff. Do your research and ask around, at the end of the day this is my review from my own personal experience. You might perceive things differently. Overall it is a great school however do understand that yoga has unfortunately become a business so this training is all about YOU!! How you learn and how much time you put in to studying and preparing as this journey is yours. The school can just provide you with the tools you need to set on your path towards the journey of self discovery. You shall become a certified teacher however you must always remain a practitioner.
