I mistakenly thought that booking through the T-Mobile Travel app would have provided reliable recommendations. It did not.T-Mobile needs to remove them as a travel provider. The list of hotels that were provided contained mis-information.The fee (an upcharge) was just shy of $25.And... the hotel did not provide maid service until I requested them to empty trash 2 days after I checked in. The "pool view" I was upcharged for was non-existent. In trying to recover the upcharge for the pool view I went to T-Mobile's travel site and called the 2 phone numbers they listed. Both numbers were not working. In calling T-Mobile to resolve the problem I was informed that their travel was handled by booking.com.When I informed her that my email confirmation showed that Arrivia handled the travel, the T-Mobile agent googled Arrivia and then gave me their phone number (888.320.4234) which she assured me was a working phone number.I called and was met with an answering message that instructed me to leave my information so I could receive a call back (never received) or to dial "0" to reach an operator (not answered).I don't know how I could have avoided this problem since I was relying on T-Mobile to have responsible subcontractors.
