No one takes responsibility or follows through.

No one takes responsibility for anything they say. Each department says to contact another department. Nothing is in writing so it is your word against theirs even though they say they are recording the conversation. I have to remind them of what should be on my account. If you call them and they give you a call back number you can't get thru or if you leave a message no one calls you back unless they are trying to up sell you. Customer service is non-existent. I have spent many times on the phone sometimes for 2-3 hours to get anything accomplished. Tried to call Arrivia headquarters who left me hanging and never transferred me to anyone. Very disappointed. This has been going on for 6 months. No exact date.
