Overall this felt like a huge scam. We ordered a pull out couch and the quality is terrible: the couch is hard as a rock. The dimensions were not accurate and the attached storage drawer arrived damaged. We tried to return the couch, but were told that since we had assembled it already, it was not possible. They also explained we would have needed to return the couch in the original packaging which was barely staying together by the time it arrived to our home. They eventually gave us 30% refund and told us to keep the couch, but the couch is really unusable so we are at a loss of hundreds of dollars. DO NOT BUY!
