We would utilize the services on a regular basis if the ordering process was more streamlined and transparent. The online ordering process should not take as long as it does, which is currently a two step process. Efficiency is the key to our overall success, and this includes having quality vendors that we rely on day in and day out. We love the products, but the ordering process for standard and custom transfers could use an upgrade. We use other vendors not because of pricing or service, it's mainly because the ordering process is simplified and efficient. This allows our employees to get back to producing and taking care of our onsite customers. We are not bashing in any way, because you do have a great company with great products.
