They do not even work on your listings, all they are good for is to ask you to lower your prices, which i did and some by 50%, yet they kept their mark-up in some of my listed artworks, of which i have 6 listed the mark up on some was between 150-200%.i Have written to them and the last 3 times i have not had a response....huge scammers, don,t know why people continue to do business with them
