Though the latter rarely happens (due to their complete void of any online marketing expertise), a buyer does turn up invariably. At which time they negotiate without any transparency, expecting you to accept offers 1/5 of original ask—while they walk away with the (undisclosed) difference—all under the guise that you accepted a minimum offer amount upon originally listing. So not coincidentally, when an offer is presented, it’s the minimum. This way they can take (actually “steal” is more appropriate) a larger share without lifting a finger. They do not respnd to seller’s inquiries or requests once listed, except to respond to rare emails re: a potential sale thereafter, so they can fleece you. NO INTEGRITY.
