We bought a Lik photo and when it arrived, the adhesive was peeling from the acrylic facemount. We discovered it was the case when shipped and the seller was aware. Artbrokerage said Lik would address this but of course they did not. Three months have passed and we were told the insurance had settled at a loss to Artbrokerage. We were told this would be paid back to us and we could keep the damaged art, we still are out of pocket over three thousand dollars for shipping and duties/import fees. The money still has not been refunded and Helen refuses to reply. It also seems that the artwork may have come from a convicted sex offender in Utah.
