I have been blown away with the communication, I was made aware of how things were up to with the covid19 situation and the factory and lock down, every step of the way I knew what was happening.This week the cane arrived, I was giddy to open it and it is simply outstanding!!The presentation of the wrapping is beautiful and the product itself is unbelievably beautiful, you can see that it had been made with pride and care, the engraving has been finished to an extremely high standard.My colleague will be thrilled on her birthday, I am now counting down the days to give her gift to her.Thank you to you all for making the whole experience exciting and reassuring, I would highly recommend you to anybody.Take care and stay safe.
