I bought the Artivive earphones expecting a quality product to complement their AR platform, but the experience has been frustrating from start to finish.Poor Audio Performance: The earphones don’t deliver what’s advertised. Rather than providing immersive sound or proper noise isolation, all they did was slightly dim ambient noise. No matter what ear tip size I used, they created constant wind buffeting, making them unusable even for a walk outside.Not Fit for Purpose: They were marketed as high-performance earphones, but the experience is subpar and not remotely close to what's advertised.Awful Customer Support: After realizing how poor the product was, I reached out for help. It took two emails and over a week to even get a reply.Refund Process Is a Joke: When I requested a return and refund, they insisted I ship the product back to China at my own cost – despite the misleading advertising. I followed up twice with further questions and still haven’t received a response.For a tech company supposedly focused on innovation and digital experience, Artivive's product quality and customer care are shockingly bad. I can't recommend them at all.
