I ordered a pair to try as was very curious whether they work as advertised. Only purchased a pair for £15.99…. Then the wait…..wait a bit longer….. waiting longer and longer… BEFORE delivery, they put up an offer of buy one get one free. Only ordered one so emailed them and asked if I paid the difference between what I paid and the latest offer would they despatch another pair to match the current offer (and I get a spare pair) This was met with a Stern No wait for another offer. I suggested paying the difference, so wouldn’t be out of pocket but No.Arrives today and they sent 2 pairs out anyway so win win!!! Yet to try them on the road, however wanted to highlight the narrow minded customer service I have received.I won’t be recommending them based on their service for sure!!!Watch this space to see if they are as good as they claim…
