I bought 2 sets of earplugs in April, which were supposedly dispatched on 27th April. They were supposedly delivered to somewhere about 5 miles away from my address. The courier was YunExpress, with Amazon doing the last section of delivery. When I email Artevive I get automatic responses telling me to check with the courier. The YunExpress doesn't have a contact number, and Amazon will only allow feedback to be left on their site which they don't respond to. I can't review the earbuds as I still don't have them, don't know exactly where they are and can't get any response from anyone to refund, replace or take responsibility.
