Warning to Amazon FBA Sellers – Proceed With Extreme Caution. My experience with this wholesaler had severe repercussions for my business. I sourced products using what seemed like legitimate invoices from what I believed to be a trustworthy supplier. However, Amazon rejected these invoices during an authenticity investigation, resulting in my account being permanently deactivated. Amazon repeatedly requested verifiable supply chain documentation, which is standard in FBA compliance cases. Despite numerous requests, the wholesaler refused to provide the necessary documentation, stating they would only cooperate if Amazon contacted them directly—something Amazon does not do in these situations. This left me completely defenseless during the appeal process. Consequently, I lost my entire Amazon account, over $40,000 in private label inventory and investments, and years of work building my business. If the products were genuinely authorized and compliant, providing clear supply chain documentation should have posed no problem. Their refusal raised serious concerns that directly led to my account’s deactivation. Communication was also severely lacking. After payment, my emails and messages went unanswered or were delayed, and there was no accountability for the damage inflicted on my business. I am sharing this review to caution other Amazon sellers. If you sell on Amazon, your entire business relies on invoice and supply chain verification. Purchasing from suppliers who cannot or will not support you during authenticity claims can jeopardize everything overnight. I strongly advise Amazon sellers to steer clear of this wholesaler unless they are provided with verifiable manufacturer authorization and full supply chain transparency in writing before making a purchase.
