Caution for Amazon FBA Sellers – Proceed Carefully. My experience with this wholesaler was disastrous for my business. I obtained products using what seemed to be valid invoices from what I thought was a legitimate supplier. However, Amazon rejected these invoices during an authenticity check, resulting in the permanent deactivation of my account. Amazon repeatedly requested verifiable supply chain documentation, which is typical for FBA compliance issues. Despite multiple requests, the wholesaler declined to provide the necessary documentation, stating they would only cooperate if Amazon reached out to them directly—which is not standard practice. This left me vulnerable during the appeal process. Consequently, I lost my entire Amazon account, over $40,000 in private label inventory and investments, and years of effort building my business. If the products were truly authorized and compliant, there should have been no issue in providing the required documentation. Their refusal raised significant concerns and directly contributed to my account’s deactivation. Communication was also severely lacking. After payment, my emails and messages went unanswered or were delayed, with no accountability for the harm inflicted on my business. I am sharing this review to caution other Amazon sellers. If you operate on Amazon, your business hinges on invoice and supply chain verification. Purchasing from suppliers who cannot or will not assist you during authenticity claims can jeopardize everything in an instant. I strongly recommend that Amazon sellers avoid sourcing from this wholesaler unless they are given verifiable manufacturer authorization and full supply chain transparency in writing before making a purchase.
