We bought our table from Artico February 2025. Within 6 months rust was forming on the stand. My wife emailed Artico a week ago and they have not responded, so I have visited the showroom today, to be advised that customer services were responding to my wife email as we spoke. 5 hours later, no email. My wife phones them and they ask her to check the email address she sent her mail and photos to. Just a note they charge for the 2 men to put your table together .....£60. they don't tell you at the time of purchase which is very silly as the table is extremely heavy. There is no customer service department. I would beware....I will be reporting to watchdog.
