Avoid. Not suitable for outdoor use, despite what the website says. We ordered 2 box bush bay trees, they lasted just over 12 months. They use real tree branches that have not been treated so fungus quickly grew on them and began to rot.I contacted the company, they said they would send someone to have a look. That was 6 months ago. Several further emails and no response.Avoid.
