Ordered a plant pot on 4th January, it stated 10-14 working days for delivery. They emailed me saying it would actually be delivered at the beginning of March - I said that was ok as these things happen.Fast forward to now and I still have not heard from them or had a single update on the order since January. I called on 2nd April to say I wanted a refund as it has taken so long with no update. They weren't apologetic, and said the refund would be issued that week. A month later, no refund (not surprised). I am now having to dispute with paypal as they have kept £200 of my money for 4 months.
