I was advised well on the questions I asked & if I needed anything to follow up.The parcel arrived as was said & the packing was excellent.4 tiles were broken on receiving the delivery, so I called to ask what to do. I was advised very clearly & taken through the process on the phone, while I filled in the online form.The replacements were with me the next day. Very good service all round. I would very much recommend this company.
