Before joining ArtistRise coaching program, I was struggling to turn my art into a sustainable business. I had the passion, talent, the venues, accepted into shows, featured in several magazine interviews, even interviewed on TV. I attended networking events to introduce myself to anyone who would listen to me and also Painting LIVE in person every week in public places to get in front of people. My website was ready to go and I could electronically process a sale on location from anywhere. Yet, I wasn't making hardly any sales. Had so much going for me; but something was missing.....On my 1st call with Jaroid I told him I was ready to sell my art, had everything in place & also revealed my struggles. He very quietly listened to me. When I finished speaking, Jaroid calmly said: "Lori, I know what's wrong. And I'm going to help you."I hadn't even joined the training yet, but on that phone call, Jaroid also gave me a 'tip' explaining to me how to properly converse with someone interested in my art while I'm talking to them in person. That phone call was at 1pm. Afterwards I took off to go paint LIVE again with a note tucked into my pocket with Jaroid's 'tip' in writing. At approx 5:30pm same day, I excitedly texted Jaroid to share with him that I had just surprisingly Sold (3) pieces of my Art using the 'tip' he gave me. He skipped texting me back, instead picked up the phone right away, said he was not surprised, because his training works! We celebrated by laughing with joy on the phone together.Once I signed up for the training, from the very first coaching session, everything began to shift. Jaroid and Jonah helped me see my art career as a viable business. The coaching gave me clarity and a solid strategy for marketing and selling my Coastal Paintings. Running my art business as the sole employee, but consistently training with Jaroid and Jonah makes me feel as if I have actual staff helping me run my business. Couldn't do this without them and don't want to. It's a pleasure and an honor to be accepted into this group. Since joining 8 months ago, I have closed (61) sales using the training. This has completely transformed my business, taken it to a much higher level and lets me know that success can be achieved if I work hard in the business that I love so dearly.
