I got onto the channel a while ago but forgot I had saved some videos in my drumming playlist on youtube. On further viewing other content on the page, this channel has very quickly become my favorite drumming channel !!!! this is no mucking about, straight to the point content that YOU CAN TRUST !!! Many of the videos on the channel are so extremely helpful and not over complicated. There is SO MUCH fantastic content FOR FREE that will help so many drummers around the world. I myself within the last week have downloaded a few of the free sheet music packs to help me with achieving my double bass goals and to also strengthen my weaker foot. This is now the only drumming youtube channel I trust! Wei Lung is not doing this for clicks and likes, his content is to help everyone understand drumming better as a whole so each individual person can achieve there goals. thre fact that he breaks down so much of the science behind what we do is the most impressive thing for me. Drummers of all ages can benefit from this because a lot of things in regards to drumming are not as straight forward as it seems and unless you have a good teacher or know someone who is very knowledgeable then not everyone always knows best or has all the answers. This channel will help drummers of all walks of life and of all ages no matter what level they play at and that is why I LOVE THIS CHANNEL !!!! Wei is an absolute legend, his work ethic is something to aspire to and his positivity is infectious! Now say it with me everybody... don't stop dreaming and don't stop DRUMMING !!!
The man behind Art of Drumming HQ has explained various methods and techniques in a far superior manner than the majority of Youtube drumming instructors out there. He offers the PDFs for his lessons at VERY reasonable prices, some as low at $1.00, and some are even free! I highly recommend all drummers who are looking to improve their tempos or techniques to check out this channel.
