I accidentally made a duplicate order of this product. Totally my fault, so I sent them an email stating what I had done by accident. Not really expecting a response. But with in a few hours I got a response from the company and a willingness to solve my problem. I do a lot of on-line stuff and I can tell you their customer service was AMAZING! Dave Updegraff
