Awful. STAY AWAY. I purchased a chandelier that was poorly constructed, causing frustration during installation. One of the bulbs blew immediately, and I can't find a replacement for this small, unusual size in the UK. When I emailed for a link to purchase the correct bulb, they said they wouldn't sell me one or provide any links but suggested buying another chandelier at a high price. It also took them over a week to respond with this unsatisfactory answer. Disappointing product. Disappointing company.
