I bought some outdoor lights in September 2024. When they arrived they looked very cheap (I paid £149) so asked for a refund. I was then told the return address was in China (despite them having a London address) and must be returned at my own expense! The alternative was take 10 percent refund now. I did return them but 5 months later I’m still waiting for a refund. Do not buy from this company, terrible customer service, cheap products.
