I have ordered a beautiful floor lamp and a pendant light. I live in Serbia, so I had a few questions about the shipping, and also about the product - will it work in my country, etc. The communication was great - the responses were quick and very polite.I had to wait for my lamps a bit longer (I expected that, so no problem), but it was worth it - they are both beautiful and I am enjoying them very much.
