Well, it's not easy to be constructive here when you find yourself in the situation where, when returning a product you didn't like, not only does it not go back to Holland, but it ends up in China. Then they detain it at customs office in China and they say it's staying there, that they won't send it back to you, and you never see the money you paid for the product and for the return shipping.
