Our team is currently reviewing your case and coordinating to ensure that your get best resolution from our side. We value your patience and understand that waiting for a resolution can be incredibly frustrating."jajajajajja :) they promised a refund a month ago saying that it will take a few days and since then, the same message over and over ... I've lost my money and clearly next time I won't buy from a Chinese shop faking to be in Europe! Furthermore, i've found the same lamps on other sites at cheaper prices!!!!RUN AWAY!!!
