Awful experience. Stay away. I bought a chandelier that was poorly constructed, leading to frustration during installation. One of the bulbs burned out immediately. I can't find a replacement for this small, unusual bulb in the UK, so I reached out for a link to purchase the correct one. Their response was that they wouldn't sell me a bulb or provide any links, but suggested buying another chandelier for hundreds of pounds. It took them over a week to provide this unsatisfactory response. Frustrating product. Frustrating company.
