Terrible experience! If I could give zero stars, I would! I received the massager, but it doesn't work; it only vibrates, which aggravates my neck further. What frustrates me most is the lack of customer support, despite their claims on the website and voicemail about responding within 24 hours. It's been over a week, and I’ve sent three emails and one voicemail without any reply! If you want to waste your money, go ahead and buy this product, but I strongly advise against getting anything from this company due to their terrible customer service!
