If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed with my experience handling an auto loan through Arvest Bank. After purchasing a vehicle, I attempted to set up automatic bi-weekly payments and requested that my wife be added to the account so she could speak on our behalf. Despite calling multiple times and submitting the auto-payment form via email on three separate occasions, it took over three months for a single one-time payment to be processed.The payment schedule was supposed to be bi-weekly, yet payments have not been applied consistently or correctly. On top of that, I have requested the necessary form to add my wife to the account four times and still have not received it.I even spoke with a manager a month ago, who assured me that everything would be resolved. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. This lack of follow-through and poor communication has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better service and accountability.
