AWFUL. I paused my card on the app while I investigated a charge I didn't recognize. After some digging I realized I did know what it was. When I tried to unfreeze it the app gave me an error so I called to get it straightened out. I was told my card never actually was frozen in the first place.Well the customer service lady was wrong, my card is frozen, I cannot make any purchases, I cannot log into the app and I can't get ahold of anyone from customer service. Why even run a bank if you won't let people have their money? The incompetence is overwhelming.
