I ordered it about two weeks before the holidays and struggled to track my order. I emailed them and didn’t get a response for a couple of days. They apologized for being busy during the holidays and informed me of delays. Shortly after, they refunded my money and assured me my order was still on the way. It arrived yesterday and is a fantastic device that makes my eyes feel refreshed. Definitely worth getting!
