As someone else mentioned, I ordered an item from the website, not through social media, and when it arrived, it was not what I had ordered (different design). Despite warnings on their site about safety and potential issues with temperature, the item I received did not match my order. There was no indication it was from the original company, and I expressed my concern but received no reply. I contacted my payment service and got a refund immediately. I wouldn’t give this company even one star.
