I purchased an eye steamer after seeing a video comparing their product to others. I was extremely disappointed when I did not receive the green model as advertised! Even the eye solution bottle had instructions in a foreign language. I emailed them and got no response. STAY AWAY! I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero.
