Really unhappy that I ordered based on their shipping timeline of 1-3 business days, which did not happen within this timeframe. I was disappointed to learn that the delay was because their team thought my address was “too long”. I have had no such issue with any other company I have ordered from. I indicated my workplace address because I was travelling overseas and it was a safer delivery destination while I was away. My address being too long is a poor reason. Furthermore, ARZOPA need to review their advertised shipping times because after my experience and reading others’ experiences, ARZOPA are providing false information and misleading customers.The delivery was also poorly handled by ARZOPA’s chosen courier.As I indicated in numerous emails to ARZOPA and after my conversation with the delivery person after two failed delivery attempts during the evening, because my delivery address was my workplace, the package was not to be delivered outside of weekday business hours. This was because there would be nobody to receive the package and no access to the building. However, the delivery person decided to deliver it anyway, surprise surprise, on a Sunday. I am unhappy about this.Fearing that the package would be lost or stolen, I decided to cancel my Sunday plans to go to my office building, but when I arrived, there was no package there.I called the courier, as suggested by ARZOPA, however, they could not offer any help or support. They suggested I contact ARZOPA because they insisted that it was not their responsibility due to ARZOPA being a third party. I am unhappy about ARZOPA telling me to contact the courier only to be told I needed to contact ARZOPA instead.Because I could not find the package, I decided to call the security company who manages the corporate park I work at, and they confirmed that my package was left outside another building, far away from the building I indicated in my delivery address. If the security guard did not see the package, it may have been stolen. I am unhappy about this.I have lost my Sunday trying to locate my package, which should have been handled with care by ARZOPA’s chosen courier.Overall, while the product is good, the customer experience has been incredibly poor and frustrating.
