First things first, DO NOT believe the postivr reveiws you will see on here.Now, while the employees are nice and professional, their ability to perform as advertised is simply non existent. Almost $500 spent and all 3 of my credit scores have gone down around ~50 points. I was expecting at least a small increase...but obviously whatever they did hurt me more than it helped. Very dissatisfied and definitely won't use them again.
