I've previously made a couple of orders with Asedos that I was really happy with. The most recent order I made was definitely not to the same standard. My favorite scent was 'floral bloom', but upon ordering it this time around, I noticed the scent was much different and had a rather sickly smell. After contacting their customer service team, I was told that I could send the scent back at my own cost to have it investigated. After I questioned further, they admitted they had changed their suppliers for some of the ingredients but the 'base notes' remained the same. I wasn't able to return any of the items because NZ courier services dont allow perfumes to be shipped as they're dangerous goods. I was recommended to send them via DHL, which was going to cost approximately $95 which was almost the cost of my entire order. They offered to refund the one perfume which was a different formula, but every time I asked if they had any of the previous formula available, they completely ignored me and never provided an answer. This was pretty disappointing as I would have been a long term customer had the formulas not changed. I feel as though this should be made clear on the website, as well as the fact that you cannot return items from NZ.
